Whitetail
The majestic whitetail deer is native to Wisconsin and is one of the most popular animals to hunt in the upper Midwest.
Our full-bodied and thickly-antlered deer benefit from specially-planted food plots supplemented by corn and nutritionally-balanced food pellets year-round.
Whether your goal is to take a management buck or doe so you indulge in the thrill of the hunt and stock up on some tasty venison, or to seek out that trophy rack that you will be proud to hang on your wall, your experienced guide will ensure that your hunt completely meets your goals and is everything you'd hoped it would be.
Elk
One of the first things you are bound to notice on Twin Lakes Ranch will be the abundance of trophy-sized elk. Proud and tall, they reign supreme over their animal kingdom, and have the attitude to back it up.

Iranian Red Sheep
The Iranian Red Sheep are a regal-looking bunch with massive, thick and curling non-shedding horns. Their medium-length wool is self-molting and their distinctive markings make them impressive animals, indeed.
Also sometimes known as Armenian Sheep, these typically rough- and mountainous-terrained animals have adapted well to being imported into the United States and are often bred for marketing their highly-acclaimed exotic meat.
There are an abundance of trophy-sized males to be found at Twin Lakes...your only dilemma will be which one to shoot! This will surely be one of your most talked-about trophy mounts due to its impressive size and beauty.
Fallow Deer
Another interesting imported animal is a member of the deer family that is heavy-bodied like our whitetail and long, heavy, palmated antlers that shed annually.
Our fallow deer come in a variety of colors ranging from pure white to spotted brown and white and chocolate. Fascinating to watch, they run with a distinct stiff-legged bouce referred to as "pronking", and the males strut around with a haughty attitude (especially during the rut) as though they are superior to all beasts.
Our experienced guides will help you to find just the right fallow to please your eye. With their massive antlers and wide array of colors, they will make a fine addition to any trophy room.
